Who we are
Acadia Services, LLC ("Acadia", "we") is an underground utility contractor at 351 W Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092. This policy covers the website at acadiatx.com. If you would rather talk to a person about any of it, call us at (817) 500-9048.
What we collect, and why
The contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message — the whole form, with no hidden fields collecting anything else. We use it to answer you and to keep an ordinary record of the inquiry. We email you one confirmation that we received it; submitting the form does not sign you up for anything.
The employment application. Your name, phone number, email address (optional), the position you want, who referred you, your previous employers with the dates, position and reason for leaving, and a resume if you choose to attach one (PDF). It is emailed straight to our hiring team, resume attached, and used only to consider you for work with us. The website itself does not keep a copy; our web partner records only your first initial and last name (see below).
Automatically, when you visit. Like most websites, ours counts visits in aggregate — which pages are viewed, the referring site, and the general region, browser and device type. It does not use cookies for this, and it is not tied to your name. Our host also keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
Please do not send payment card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers through any form on this site; we will never ask for them there.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies. The services below may set their own cookies when their content loads (for example, Google Maps).
Who else sees it
Only our own team, plus the services that make this website work:
- Vercel — hosts the website, runs the forms, and provides the aggregate visit counts described above.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the "verify you are human" check on our forms. It keeps bots out, and it needs your connection's details for that check; we do not store them.
- Resend — delivers form submissions to us by email, and sends your contact-form confirmation.
- Deyo Group — our web partner, who maintains this website. Contact-form inquiries are also recorded in their system so an inquiry cannot be lost if an email fails to arrive. For employment applications they receive only your first initial and last name, so we can see that an application arrived — never your contact details, work history or resume.
- Google Maps — the map on our contact page is served by Google, so Google can see that your browser loaded it, whether or not you use the map.
- Canva — the project list on our Featured Projects page is shown from Canva, which can see that your browser loaded it.
- Glassdoor — the Glassdoor badge on our Careers page is loaded from Glassdoor, which can see that your browser loaded it.
We will also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it. Beyond that, no one else gets it, and we never sell, rent or trade it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email and records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. Applications are kept by our hiring team for as long as needed to consider you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as an employer. Aggregate visit counts are not tied to you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including a job application you sent. Call (817) 500-9048 or use our contact form and tell us what you would like. And if you would rather not use a website form at all, just call.
Children
This website is meant for adults — clients, partners and job applicants. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If what the website collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We do not make changes quietly or backdate them.
