Mansions at Marine Creek
Our team installed 2,145 LF of 8” fire lines with 13 fire risers in a building, 2,000 LF of 6” PVC domestic water lines, 8” meter vault with a double check assembly vault for water. Additionally, we installed 2,500 LF of private sewer lines ranging from 4” to 8”, 6 manholes, and 13 sewer service connections. For storm, we installed 3,800 LF of storm line from 6” ADS to 36” RCP, 27 catch basins of various sizes in and outside of the pavement and 5 curb inlets. All of this provided water, sewer and storm infrastructure to support 12 apartment complexes and one amenities center.
